The mission of Community Action News is to encourage and facilitate the setting up of local community newspapers. We aim to provide the on line facilities required for those wishing to promote the interests of their local community. Community newspapers will be owned and run by the community and will enable all members of the community to publish their own news, views and information. We are committed to upholding the principles of free speech and the democratic process.
